I always go to this location since it?s the closest to us. I usually have a good experience. Fast and good service. Today ilwe... decided to grab some chick-fil-a. I customized my sandwich with NO tomatoes and no pickles. And on the box it said no tomatoesand no pickles. Turns out my sandwich did in fact have tomatoes and pickles after i specified that i did no want any. I lookedat both of my fries and my husband and i were shocked when we saw our fries halfway through! box was literally filled halfwaythrough!!! and also i dont like the fact that they for some reason didn?t even provide us with napkins. Had a very poor experience with the manager "Nick". He is not accommodating and shifts the blame instead of taking... responsibility to fix the mistakes of the store. Tried to blame UberEats for items being missing out of my SEALED by Chick-fil-Abag and did not provide any additional compensation for my missing and therefore inedible items. I truly hope store leadershipaddresses his management issues and follows up with me to make things right. Read more
Unclean restaurant, Unprofessional staff. There was a huge bug in my food! The manager (Darrell Causey) and workers act like... they didn?t really care. I would?ve never expected that from Chick-Fil-A.. This is the most disgusting thing I?ve ever seen.I?ll never eat Chick-fil-A again.. After coming so many times I have now started having issues with my orders and the wait is very long even after lunch rush time.... I got to the window to get my food she had the food in hand but kept having a conversation with the girl in the window. Theyneed faster & better service. Read more
They get real overwhelmed during rush hours and I had to return to the same store the very next day because they failed to... include all the items I ordered for dinner. I escalated it to the manager on the phone and I was assured that they will provideme with a free coupon for the missing item but no coupon was ever received so I had to escalate in person. Amazing all around. Food is always fresh and tasty, but what blows me away is the service here. I walk in, sit down, someone... takes my order at the table I'm at, and a minute later the food is brought to me. Restaurant level service at a chick fil a.Incredible. I've been here through drive thru, mobile order and dine in and all are super efficient and quick. The place isalways packed but everyone gets their fresh order almost immediately. Nope/nunca....this is the worst chick FIL a ever in terms of food and customer service. My chicken sandwich was burnt on the... edge and had a slight burnt taste throughout the sandwich....like scrap burnt toast.(first time to have that happen). I calledthe store multiple times, finally someone answered but no resolve. They said I can come back for another sandwich, I said "no"bc I don't live in the area...only to visit SAMS cross the street every other month. She said she'll reverse it through the appfor the sandwich. 72hrs later there's nothing in the app. Shld have listened to my gut and went to the one near my house thatkeeps chic fil a golden reputation. This is the worst Chic fil A me and my family have ever been to . They asked us if we're dinning in to have a seat they will... come to take our order. They never came. Another family said they went through the long wait and had to complain for serves. Ilet them know, and they didn't seem to care. They just said they are sorry.
