New location is doing a FABULOUS job keeping customers moving thru the drive thru lines...EXCELLENT job. The only disappointment... from my first visit at this location was the Spicy Chicken Sandwich that I ordered was horribly over-cooked. Better luck nexttime? I ordered a whole grain bun on the app and bro gave me a NO grain bun. Everything in the sandwich was there EXCEPT the bun. How... could this possibly happen? If they didn't have it, they could have just told me and substituted it with the regular bun. Itdidn't even come with utensils, they really expected me to eat this with my hands. Read more
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR FOOD ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN ! This is the worst fast food restaurant and of course worst CFA I... have ever gone to. I have found hair in my food before and today we spotted a wire, likely from the fryer or some type of metalkitchen tool. Almost every time I go, the service is unpleasant, it?s a long wait even with few cars, and they usually mess uporders; so check your food before leaving their lot. Some of the employees are also lazy and rude. Better management andemployees need to be hired. I?m not sure how this place is still open, I only go here because it?s my closest CFA and because Ikeep giving it a chance, to be further disappointed each time. This location is awesome! Never packed, so organized and this morning my attendant was so helpful. I ordered for breakfast for... my daughter celebrating first week of school, forgot my wallet cause well morning's are not my thing..lol and the attendant wasso sweet! He was like do you have apple pay, I don't but have Google wallet and BAM used my phone to pay! I was so happy! This may be a new restaurant but there are two more on either side that are much friendlier than this location. I will never... stop here again. Thought I would give it a try to pick up my birthday treat and the treatment I got was extremely poor,especially for chick fil a standards! Not only was the lady taking my order very rude and very unhelpful, the person bringingout my order was extremely unfriendly and even rolled her eyes at me? which I would have told her were beautiful if she wouldhaven?t practically dropped my shake in my lap before turning around and quickly walking away without saying a word. Horrible experience! I order my 4 piece tenders large. I got the small size and I asked for 2 chick fila sauce and 1 honey... rosted. I got no sauces. I didn?t even got a straw nor any napkins. This place is horrible and horrible rude customer servicestaff. This is not the Chick-fil-A I know. Will not come back here. I will continue going to the Chick-fil-A on gulffwy. The restaurant is nice , something new, but I give it a 1 star for the service, not like other Chick-fil-A's that are polite.... The food is good what I didn't like is that when I ordered in my app it didn't give me option to get sweet tea or half tea /half lemonade. I had to order half sweet tea/ unsweetened, it was the only option, so I added a packet of sugar, unfortunately didn't come in my order so I had to drink it plain. ???? ??????????? Read more
