Ate here before with no problem. Located across the parking lot of my hotel. Seated and just when I thought we were forgotten... about I got the best server in the restaurant. She had only be there for 4 months but couldn't tell. She was quick, checked inoften and made sure everything was okay. I almost left but glad I didn't. I love great service. Not a lot of guest in here during lunch on a saturday. We ordered chips and salsa, potatoes soup, oldtimer with cheese and cajun... chicken pasta. Salsa kind of off today. Soup and pasta were excellent but the burger was overcooked and dried. Service is aboveaverage. Overall is better than average. Read more

Horrible Horrible! This place gets worse and worse everytime I order. I used to love Chili's maybe that's why I keep hoping this... was a one time incident but it just continues to go downhill. Worst Santa Fe salad ever, old lettuce a few pieces of chicken andno dressing usual even when I ask the girl if it's in there. Then my white queso has been reheated over and over or sittingunder a heating lamp the bottom is a big clump of cheese. Luckily I wasted my reward and not cash..never again will I go to thislocation. Chili's has been around since I've been a kid. One thing hasn't changed. They can still cook good fajitas and their customer... service is solid. I ate their a few days ago and had a great experience. Earlier in 2021, we actually went inside and ate.(Their margaritas are great too). Anyhow, this time it was a to-go order. The nice man by the name of Nash took my order overthe phone but was also their to greet me at the to-go center. It was busy and he was flying around multi-tasking. Hard worker. We had a small mix up but he fixed it and that was that. He was very outspoken and during these times, it's very refreshing toget great customer service. Thanks, Nash! Read more
Chili's is always a go to for my wife and I, the quality at this location is always good, service is speedy even when busy. The... steak surprisingly is better than some steakhouses I've been to, I'd recommend giving it a try. The drinks are tasty as well! Read more
It's been a long time since I decided to eat at Chili's. We ordered Fries, Buffalo Wings, Cajun Alfredo Pasta w/ Grilled... Chicken, and the Blooming Onion Petals for the appetizer. It was okay and our waitress was a very good server. Read more
Never ever give a tip in advance of picking up. Can?t trust decent service inside (which is why we did to go)?. Can?t trust... decent to-go service Waiting 15+minutes for a delivery that never came. And from the look of things, I was not alone. I sawthey had run out of chicken enchilada soup and the young man cut open the plastic bag and pour it into the to go bowl. I guesshe didn?t even bother to nuke it, because it was ice cold. The burger is cold, too as it was just sitting there for who knowshow long. We had ordered a pink in the middle burger. Didn?t get that. Why give the option if you?re just going to ignoreit? This location keeps getting worse and worse. Read more
