This location is a disappointment. If you decide you want a delivery, be prepared for your order to be wrong. I had an issue... with a missing item on a previous order. They rectified it by issuing me a coupon to use for the next time to which I didn?tneed it for a next time. Now, today, I had to drive up to their store to get them to remake my son?s burrito because it waswrong. They didn?t even apologize. I know people make mistakes, human error happens. I'm an old customer and never have I had an issue with Chipotle until today. My experience tonight was terrible. There was a... small lady by the register and a taller one by her side that seem to be the manager. This taller lady's tone of voice andcustomer service was extremely lacking. It felt like I was in a movie about jailed people receiving food after a long line. Bythe time I got to her, and was my time to pay, It seams the machine didn't read my card. She yelled at me to come back and pay( I was 2 steps away from her so the yelling wasn't necessary) then she refused to give me a receipt for my purchase. She wasyelling and smiling upon my request. I kindly told her I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be charged twice. Her tone ofvoice was hostile and almost daring, like a command from the military. "You don't need one.", "We won't charge you twice" I satin the dining area with my family thinking she must have had a bad day. But she really made me feel great despair over a kid'sbuild-your-own meal. You should have a kinder person running this location or help her with the therapy that she obviouslyneeds.
