Service has been going down at this location. Employees are always rude and act like they don't want to serve you. Online orders... are ALWAYS made wrong or not ready when you get there. Was just there trying to pick up an online order and the food wasn'tready and there was a line, but they waited for the line to disappear to start working on an order than should have already beenready. They also started doing other things before bagging the order making me wait longer for it and had an attitude when Iasked for a bag to bag it myself. For the price that your being charged with you?d expect to get your moneys worth. I ordered two bowls in which one bowl I had... requested to have extra beef meat but most of that meat was fat and basically not meat. And I?m not even including the fact ofhow little the portions are being given at this location, you should definitely change the spoon size if your not even going togive a full scoop of cilantro rice or beans. The workers were nice, but they were very stingy with all the ingredients, specially the steak. I got extra steak and it was... almost $7 and got less than a spoonful of it. They're lucky I hate to argue, but what they did was pretty much ROBBERY! For $7 Imight just as well get another whole burrito. We need more burrito places on this side of town, maybe that will out pressure onChipotle to stop robbing people. Read more
