I visit this location often considering that I live within 10 minutes. It?s always some special instructions added to the... service each time I visit you guys but I never complains because things can?t always be perfect. Today, I was told there wasn?tany queso left. I understand the shortage but as I go to pay, I see queso. I ask the cashier about it, he mentions that queso isreserved for online orders. I was unaware that there is a difference in ingredients you can get when you order online verses inperson. I should have just left the bowl and order online but I didn?t want to be confrontational. I will just leave a reviewwarning people that some ingredients are reserved for online use only. Read more

Worst chipotle in town. The portions are very small and the workers were very mean. I suggest you go to the one on katy fwy or... westheimer for better service. Read more

I will not give a start to this location. I had order a Kids build box and the staff that was serving the box didn't even ask... me if I wanted crispy tacos or soft tortillas. She went ahead and took it on her self by putting me soft tortillas told that Iperfer crispy tacos not soft tortillas she went ahead and ignored me and continued my box leaving the empty space and when I gotto the cashier I explained what happened that person didn't even bother to even do nothing so I am here taking home an emptyspace on the box. I think that it would of been fair if at less they would of offer me chip this is crazy and not only that hedidn't even gave me a receipts. I am definitely not coming back to this location unprofessional staff. Read more

I come to this location frequently as I work nearby. After many years of great food and service, it has been going down in... service quickly over the years. Door says 10:45 but they make you wait until 11 to start taking your order. How are you notgoing to have white rice ready? Few other times the preparer does not apply the correct food when told. The service has justgone down overall but it's the closest location so I have no choice but to put up with it. Read more

Y?all gentleman was attentive and helpful for my pick up order. As soon as he had a break in customers (was really only a few... seconds) he asked me was I picking up. I said yes boom he hand me my order which is already ready and takes only seconds to doso! We order ahead and want things ready and they say skip the line for a reason! He?s a younger guy but has shown good workethic and sense of urgency unlike some others I?ve worked with in my fast food days. Read more

I ordered 3 hard shell tacos (each taco a different meat - pollo asado, barbacoa, and carnitas) and was charged for a pollo... asado bowl, and charged extra meat for barbacoa and extra meat for carnitas. In the end I was charged $17.43 for THREE TACOS!First off, I was charged for a bowl NOT tacos! I usually love going to Chipotle, but this experience was extremely discouragingand disappointing. So, I've been to this location multiple times. not the worst location i have visited. but not the best either. No issues really... with the customer service, I have had many issues with the quantity of food. BUT today, I have decided I will not be going backto this location. I ordered online and mid meal discovered this bug in my food. i got sick and i will not be visiting thislocation again. definitely looks like some deep cleaning is in order. maybe the health department needs to look into thislocation.
