Only reason the stars are high is because of the food!!! I would say at around 5 pm 12/1/22 I came in. Not many people in line I... waited at the tortilla press while the lady and coworker checked the customers out in front of me? the grill guy had to remindthe girl on tortillas and meat that there were people waiting in line even after she acknowledged that we walked in? waited forabout 5 min for her to play in the back and then comeback to help and tried to rush me like something else was more importantwhen it was just me and my guest in line! Visited this Chipotle 11/30/2022. The food was bland, rice was undercooked, the vegetables/salsa/ guacamole were not fresh.... Services were horrible. The employees were rude. I should have followed my first thoughts and walked out. The only reason why I didn't... is because I was trying to get my mother something to eat. I rarely go to Chipotle anyway, definitely WILL NOT GO BACKTO THIS ONE and I'm not to sure about any of the others. Read more
Don?t eat here, they have roaches! ???? I found a roach crawling on the counter by the fountain drinks, and I told the girl at... the register that there was a roach. She made it seem like this was a normal occurance. I definitely won?t come back to thisChipotle. Read more
The absolute best Chipotle in the city. Located in the Willowbrook / Champions Area, it gets super busy during lunch. Despite... this, they are fast, friendly and efficient and manage to keep the line running smoothly. In addition, the food always looks andtastes fresh. They offer good size portions and I never leave wanting more. I have been to this particular Chipotle well overforty times and will always keep coming back even if it?s out of the way. Read more
Slow service and wrong order. I had to wait 20 min for an order. The restaurant was not busy when I entered. They did not start... making my order until 20 min after I arrived. I ordered a Quesadilla and they gave me something else, in which not even 1/2 thebowl was full. $17 for few pieces of chicken, some chopped up tomatoes and sour cream. What a rip off. Read more
White/Hispanice girl with black hair and blond highlights pulled a receipt off the wall and laid it down directly on my... tortilla. When I told the tall Hispanic guy preparing the tortilla how unsanitary that was he simply placed it underneath my newone and tried to pass it off during my second order. So disgusting. I kept insisting I didn't want it and they wrapped it upand included it as a side. They wouldn't listen! And when I tried to leave it behind the black girl at the register called outto me and then tossed the tortilla at me expecting me to catch it. Why are they throwing food? I ordered hard-shell tacos because of a severe gluten allergy and they sent soft tacos. All they will offer is a BOGO coupon... that is valid for a month. No refund, no single "free entre" coupon because they want us to order from them again. You can'teven speak to a person when calling the phone number listed here. I have had issues with this location in the past but nothingthis bad. They forgot chips last time. Not a big deal, I put the guacamole on my food. One time the rice was basically halfgrease and ruined the food AND the bowel. Maybe I was stupid to keep ordering from this store but I assumed it was an uncommonquality control issue. It happens. I came during a busy time and the line moved quickly. Food was the same as all other Chipotle restaurants. Service was good for... the amount of customers passing through. Was there for early dinner and plenty of (clean) tables available. Read more
