When a customers say to please put fresh veggies, then by law you have to!! Harris county don?t play with UN sanitary area when... good looks to be old when seating under the heat. Also, the cook said it will take about 10mins to cook of which it only takes5mins to cook when the top stove had been on since the store had open. Food was great! Customer service was poor. They dumped all the lemonades/Teas out at 7:10pm when they close at 10pm!! I... understand being out and not making more but why dump out the lemonade you have already 3 hours before you close?! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Not only is it unacceptable to serve any paying customer BURNT food but this is a kids meal!!!! If I weren?t so... tired (the reason I stopped here) I?d drive back up there. My wife and I came today to have lunch and it was our 1st time at this location and I must say we loved it. 1st of all it small... and cozy and very clean. 2nd of all the customer service that we received was out of this world. There was a Hispanic girl andan American girl at the line and their customer skills where outstanding. Very polite and respectful and serving with a smile.There was another Hispanic girl at the register and she was also very polite and had great customer skills. The setup of thefood was great everything looked good and everything was visible to the eye. Rapid service... unbelievable!!! The servings ofour food was great and the taste was amazing. For all these reasons I give this location 5 stars but mainly because of the great service. I recommend this Chipotle to everyone its great its clean inside and out lots of parking and very fast service alongwith great delicious food.
