They charged me the wrong amount (only my boyfriend got extra chicken on his portion, but we were both charged for extra... chicken). When I was checking out I questioned the cashier why it was that much (because I always order the same thing so I knowthe cost), she ignored me and continued the transaction. I came home and called them after being definite they charged meincorrectly, and the guy on the phone said I can get the amount taken off for my next transaction. There is not going to be anext time since I will be using an alternate location from now. Please be more attentive at work (ESP with money). Read more
Decided to stop here for my thirty min lunch break from work. I came in with my personal yeti that I use for work. Ordered my... food no problems persay yet. Then I walked over to the drink station so I could fill up my empty yeti with some water. As I amgetting the lid off a lady from the back calls out to me multiple times to remind me that I didn't pay for a drink. The thinkthat is annoying about this is that I didn't even have my cup near the machine. They just assumed that I was walking over tofree load drinks from them rather than just getting water. This upset me a bit already to which I went to go sit down and theburrito I ordered was horribly wrapped and if it would have tilted in either direction would have fallen out. Not sure why Chipotle is so popular. The rice was gross, so much lime juice it tasted more like lime then rice. The kids... portions were TINY! It would hardly fill up a toddler. All the tables were dirty, numerous people were walking around trying tofind a clean table. Read more
My daughter bought a bowl at this location around 1:00pm today, a tall man served her. We were all shocked when we saw how... little food given by him. The rice and beans can only feed a young kid, about 10 pieces nail size steaks, my daughter usuallychoose tomato, sour cream, corn? cheese and lettuce, with all of these toppings, the bottom tray was only 2/3 filled, you cancover the bowl with a wrap and still have space in between the wrap and the food. I know meat cost money, but even for lettuce,he only gave her 6-7 chopped pieces. I am not sure if this is a new staff or it was the store manager/owner try to save money,but no one will be interested in paying $10 for a bowl like this. You can definitely get more food at subway. My daughter is anormal size teen girl and not starving at that time, but she feels this bowl couldn't be counted as a lunch as she was stillhungry after finishing it. I would like to give only 1 start for this bowl. 3 starts were given only because we usually buyfood at this location with satisfactory. This is the second time we had a bowl like this, I remember last time was a tall man aswell, not sure if we were served by the same person at that time. We didn't write a review last time as the bowl we previous hadwas with normal volume rice & beans, and moderate quantity of meat was given. But today was ridiculous, not sure if it wasbecause we sent my daughter inside the store by herself. If I were there, I would refuse to pay $10 for it. Read more
