My wife and I have been patrons of this Chipotle for over a decade. We loved it. However recently we have had some very... discouraging experiences. Firstly almost every time we order food from here from the night crew, it doesn't taste as good as itnormally does. I mean it's Chipotle, the taste of their food shouldn't ever change or be better or worse but it's not as good asit used to be, to the point where my wife would rather get Tacos A Go Go next door than go to this Chipotle. And today we placedan online order and they completely left out half of my order. I got rice with meat and dairy, no lettuce or salsa or evenbeans. This place was so dirty! Floors are a mess, tables haven?t been cleaned at all, all of them. The food station was dirty and... looks like food spillage hasn?t been cleaned and dried making it look so gross. Never been to a chipotle that looked this bad! Read more
This bowl was almost $10 and it?s not even half full. Maybe another location won?t scam people on the portions
Clean very Covid friendly environment. The workers however need a serious dose of customer service training. I?ve only... experienced 3 hard works since I?ve started going here. I?ve asked for more rice than meat at every other chipotle and it be noproblem. I?m even willing to pay extra if need be but the customer wants a service, which the company is supposed to provide.It?s always some sort of issue. Very busy location but efficient, the quality of work goes down the busier it gets, I?ve come inpeak hours where you end up with a thrown together burrito and I?ve always coke and received great customer service. It?s a50/50 shot which is better than most the restaurants in Houston. Read more
Terrible customer service, I will not patronize this Chipotle ever again. I ordered a kids meal quesadilla, I asked them to add... peppers and onions to it. They said they can?t? I always order it this way. She asked someone they said it?s fine. I got the 3sides that comes with the meal (corn, rice, black beans) along with two toppings on the side (salsa, sour cream) I get to theregister they charged for the toppings. I have never been charged extra for that. I can understand perhaps charging for the sourcream but for the salsa come on now? For the drink I asked for a watermelon lemonade; they were out of that. Love their burrito bowl. It's light, delicious, and the large quantity makes two times meals from one bowl. You can choose a... sour cream sauce on the side which would make the burrito bowl somewhat gravy. This restaurant has a big seating area and a lotof parking lots. It gets busy, but still, you will get a place to sit. The staff are very helpful to suggest you if you have anyquestions. Read more
