Decent food, I always go in to order. With time being a major factor in my life something I can always count on.
I don?t expect much ?service? when I order my food from a pass thru food line but at a minimum it would be nice to have more... than one person working the service line when there is 5-6 people trying to order. It?s not due to staffing shortages? there wasat least 3 staff members standing around behind the register the whole time I was waiting. One girl ?working? the register juststaring at the girl doing all the work making the orders. One guy cutting up meat asked the girl ?do you need some help? Itlooks like you need some help? I?m gonna go find someone to help you.? (Doesn?t go anywhere) what looked to be the manager wastalking on the phone and walked by, a couple of times, seeing the line of people and one person serving food. Chipotle hasusually my ?go to? place because the food is always consistent?. Not today at this location. Grilled veggies??. RAW!!! Rice??.Undercooked and hard. Garlic steak??. Cold as ice. At least the cheese and sour cream didn?t have any issues. After looking oversome of the recent reviews it seem others have had the same experience. Would give this place negative 5 stars if it was an option. Do not go here, worst chipotle I have ever been to and I have given... it around 10 chances now to change my mind. Just moved across the street from this location and loved how close it was to me butevery time I go they short me on ingredients to the point where my burrito bowl is not even half way full. Today I asked forwhite rice and got the smallest scoop put in my bowl, when I asked for a little more I was told it would be extra even thoughthey barely put any in to begin with. Ordering online is a nightmare and you will also get the tiniest bowl or burrito, notworth the money. I will be driving to any other chipotle than walking here. Im not eating here anymore. Your order is always 30 minutes late from the promised time. Whole entrees get forgotten about. Guac... just ends up being unripe avocado halves that are inedible. Chicken is burnt. Either go to the one in downtown, or drive to theheights. Free guac and entrees are meaningless if it means I have to keep eating here. Read more
This location is trash when it comes to ordering through the app. They can't get anything right. Complaint after Complaint. DO... NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION unless you go in-person. Horrible. Don't order pick-up at this location. Even if you schedule a pick-up time, they will not adhere to the scheduled appointment.... They will prioritize the in-store purchases. My friend went to pick up the order and tried to stand in line to see if they wouldmake time for our order that we scheduled 20 minutes beforehand but they would not. Doesn't make much sense... and our grocerieswere in the car and I already paid online so I couldn't cancel the order. I go to other Chipotle locations and schedulingpick-up orders have never been an issue. I don't mind waiting up to 15 minutes after a scheduled time but my friend waited 30minutes after the scheduled time. It took them 50 minutes to make 2 burritos. Not sure why they couldn't make ours if we alsowaited in line at the store too (which we shouldn't have to). Anyways, if you order from this location then just go in person.Maybe my pick-up experience wasn't the norm but I'm not risking it again. Read more
