My family and I order food to Dine-In and the restroom were open and clean my elderly mom had just use the restroom when we... arrived. My 5 year old daughter had to use the restroom. The so call manager Michelle was very rude and dined us to use therestroom. She stated she had to close the restroom because they were dirty @6:45PM. My daughter couldn't hold it anymore.Michelle stated to use the restroom somewhere Else out loud in front of other customers while we were still not done eating. This is my favorite Chipotle. Today I went in with my bf and had the burrito bowls. The person who greeted us was a lady, medium... height, Latina, with makeup done nicely with a prominent lipstick feature. She had the most friendly demeanor and nicestattitude! I?m not sure maybe she was the manager. I was like everyone should be like that?. I felt very welcome like she wantedus to be there and was genuinely happy to see us. The food was also great. The chips were salty, I personally could have donewith a little more coverage but, they were fresh and delicious. The barbacoa was amazing!! I?ve been to other Chipotles and ithas a lot of fat but not here. It was fresh and had a lot of meat as opposed to fat. I also tried the new garlic steak but itdidn?t appear to taste all that different from the other ones?. All in all the people who work here do a great job and I keepcoming back, thank you all! A little improvement would be suggested with the cashier working today. She was a lady, AfricanAmerican, and tall. She was very confused about what the little stackable color coded indicators meant and thus charged me foran item I did not order. Last weekend we visited this restaurant and it was horrible to begin with the girl serving the food had all her hair in her... face, when they are supposed to take care that no hairs are going to fall into the food. Then the guacamole had an unpleasanttaste and when we asked the store manager if she could change it for us because the guacamole tasted ugly, the only thing shesaid was that we had to go through the whole line again to be able to change it, when we had already paid for food. she did notsolve anything, the only thing she did was go to the office and never came out. the cashier made us another bowl but until weasked if they were going to solve something or not? I don't understand how they can assign people incapable of running astore. They should take more care of customer service. Read more
What a disappointment!!!!!!! This place needs some deep cleaning.Everything was just a mess.The food was dry and mixed with... different flavors.I honestly can?t believe they haven?t shut down this restaurant do to the unsanitary items.They had 5 peopleworking so they can?t tell me the place was short of worker?s. I go here all the time to pick up lunch. Carb light order is Double Chicken, extra veggies, queso, mild salsa, hot salsa, extra... cheese, guacamole. Kind of pricey tho, like $14. Read more
Meet was cool, portions were skimpy and I was charged 3 times for my food... server literally counted the corn and took food OFF... my plate... other meals looked way better. Not sure why they didn't serve me with the same portion size as others but i wouldhave just gotten more of something that didn't meet standard. Not worth the price at all. I ordered the mixed meat (Beef and chicken) burrito bowl with everything on it. As the item was being prepared there were a... minimal about of meat placed in the bowl. I asked her to please put the correct amount of meat. In the middle of all of this Ireceived a call. I didn't realize she charged me 2 times for double meat and didn't add any additional meat at all. I asked fortortillas that I didn't receive, was charged for them and they weren't put in the bag. My total was $20,plus dollars and Ididn't get what I paid for.
