If you plan on creating a bulk order - this restaurant is unable to properly take them online. Their online order process has... issues not only on their main website but through delivery apps. as well, which I guess we should have anticipated in hindsightbased on the current reviews. After utilizing multiple avenues to try and place an order with this store with different forms ofpayment, it would still not work. When going to the restaurant to place the order in person (mind you the order was printed outso the full order was available to show easier) and explaining the issue experienced online, the manager or employee thatassisted at the time had a serious negative and condescending attitude, and basically insisted we were too dumb to use acomputer saying "old ladies typically have this issue". Just a very uncomfortable situation. While I understand payment issueshappen with online systems, the follow-up to that from the staff was what I would consider the complete opposite of helpfulcustomer service - which garnered this feedback. Go to another Chipotle if you have a choice. Read more

We ordered from Grub Hub. We got there and waited for a while until my boyfriend asked about our order. The guy working said he... didn?t recognize it. He looked through some receipts and just denied that the order existed. After standing our ground with theconfirmation and order # he finally got the manager. The manager immediately found the order and began making it. Was glad themanager got involved but they didn?t get our order right in the end. Didn?t get what we paid for..prolly won?t return. Beware! MX staff overcharges & half wear no mask talking over food. This location is near my job. 1st visit, the guy who... prepared my chicken tacos told the cashier steak, which is more. The cashier repeated it, meaning we heard the same. I correctedthe cashier, who reduced the amount. Following week, ordered same tacos and was charged $2 more. The girl cashier stated priceswent up but it did not reflect on the menu. They lost a customer. Highly dishonest staff. Read more

Ordered online arrived and i had to wait for all the costumer inside to be served! If i didn?t asked i should wait more time to... figure out that they didn?t start my order! I asked the employees they ignored me! I asked for the manager! Everyone in this neighborhood was excited when a Chipotle opened so in such a convenient location Each time I have been it has... been a complete and utter dissapointment. I wanted to give them a few chances since a new establishment needs time to find itsfooting, but this is unnaceptable. In portions, in food quality, in service.
