Reviews for Christo Mio in Houston, TX
Went here at 9 on a Saturday morning and the weather was perfect to enjoy their beautiful patio. That being said, everything was... so expensive, and not good. I got a chocolate croissant that came to me burnt, dry, and has maybe 2 drops of chocolate. I got ahoney lavender iced latte and it was so watery and bland. Spent $17 for disappointment. At least the patio was nice. Read more
I can\'t say enough nice things about this place! The customer service was superb. Everyone was so friendly! Their house-made... milk was amazing in my coffee. And the creme brulee!!! You\'ll regret not ordering it. Made by the best dessert chef in town! This little gem is a must see in the village! Also there is parking behind the shop on Robinhood if you need :) Read more
Vibe- This is a cute spot with good vibes. There?s some seating outside and a good amount inside. There are items (i.e. mugs,... books, etc.) for sell. It seems like a good spot to meet up with friends for a bite to eat!\n\nCustomer service-Great!\n\nFood/drinks- I really wanted the vegan cinnamon roll, but they were sold out so I got the heavenly cacao brownie thatwas alright. I also ordered the matcha chai latte that was very refreshing, it had a minty kind of taste to it.\n\nParking-There?s some behind the building and you can park on the street as well. Read more
I adore this coffee shop. Their coffee is delicious, and so are their pastries and bites. There?s really fun little gifts and... cards to purchase in the store. Really cool stocking- stuffer - like gifts and trinkets. I love coming here. Read more
Hmmm... where to begin. Well let\'s start with their massive patio! That was my favorite part about this coffee shop, and pretty... much the main good thing from my experience. The outside area is such a vibe.\n\nI visited a few weeks ago for the first time.Masks are required to enter (if you ask at the counter they may have extras). If you use Google navigation to get there, youwill have to drive around the block to access their parking lot. Also- they close at 2pm on a weekday (I was caught off guardby this). Additionally, if you sit out front after they close but you parked in their parking lot... you\'ll have to walkaround the block to get to your car.\n\nThe customer service was okay and unfortunately I did not enjoy the chai latte &breakfast tacos I paid $20 for (quite high for breakfast tacos in my opinion). The breakfast tacos were large but not at all thetype of breakfast tacos I was expecting. They were quite salty so I really couldn\'t eat it- I could only take about two bites. Read more

Christian, the owner, and the lady working the counter are so sweet. He explained his grandfather called him ?Christo Mio? as a... kid, and has been sober 8years. The irony is this building was a bar before and was completely remodeled into the cafe it istoday. Their healthy, clean food and drinks are lovely.\n\nWe ordered both taco plates, and I ordered the turmeric latte. Thetortillas were sooo good.\n\nGive it a try. Read more
Loved our experience here! It?s an adorable and well-designed space with great indoor and outdoor seating options and plenty of... parking. The food is all delicious, with a lot of care is put into the ingredients and presentation. We got the breakfast tacos, and they came with the most delicious salsa verde. We also got the waffles, which are gluten free and so yummy. The lattes werealso delicious! They make their nut milks and nut butters (and much more) in house and are very transparent with ingredients.Plenty of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options! Read more
