I've visited this location twice and the food is good. The chicken has been hot and fresh out the fryer, so maybe I'm getting... there at the right time. My last visit required me to wait for the chicken. It's not too bad since they delivered my order tothe car. It did take 15 minutes, but that's not my deal breaker. This location shares space with the gas station. The drivethrough is feet away from the pumps so it can get "funny" when it's busy. Almeda is a busy road with trucks and such, so hearingthe staff or placing your order is a task. It's just very loud. But hey it works when you're hungry. Read more

The person at the drive thru was very rude. It was about 30 minutes to closing and I simply asked if the chicken was hot and... fresh and she said..."No!". Not sure if she was being sarcastic, but it didn't matter because at that point (after being in linefor 15 minutes) I drove off.???? Read more
After getting sick multiple times going to the KFC around the corner from my house, I?m happy to say this place?s chicken was... fully cooked and delicious. The only down side is that they didn?t give my delivery driver the tea that I?d ordered, but I?mjust happy to not be bent over the toilet sick. THIS IS A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT TO THOSE OF YOU THAT GRACE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF Xiomara Luego Hernandez.... When I entered into this establishment today this lady was rude obnoxious belligerent and was not observing covid-19 protocolsshe was doing paperwork as she was trying to take my order for me and I explained to her that she was not being very customerservice related she said so and told me that I could take my business elsewhere mind you that this woman had paperwork in herhand with pin and pad no gloves on and was trying to fix food in an establishment where it clearly says on the wall that weobserve covid-19 rules she had on no gloves and no care or remorse for what was going on in the establishment this is the sameperson that is serving you your food everyday at the establishment I have contacted church's chicken corporate office and I amcurrently waiting to hear back from them or the health department. either or if I do not get a response from Church's chickencorporate office within the next few days then I will step this matter up and I will take it to City of Houston's healthdepartment Read more
