They had only legs and thighs. Only spicy. 13 minutes for regular. Homestead Tidwell location. Ended up with food poisoning.
I am so confused on how this awful and unprofessional establishment is still open for business. Although the drive through... speaker works, she asked for me to come to the window. My first attempt to order was interrupted, the lady told me they don'thonor coupons and left the window to continue chatting with her coworkers. I waited and she asked me What? I said I have anorder to place and she closed the drive through window. I will never visit this location again, this is the last time here. It baffles to me that this place gets 3 stars. They are never open. The chicken my husband purchased for me was cold. The... churches on Shepherd and Donavon is by far the best Church's ever..this one and the one Jensen needs the owners to pay moreattention because they are losing tons of money. Read more
I went to this place on Sunday 12 2021 I seat at the mic to place my order for about 2 to 3 minutes, no one ever pick up. Went... to the window ask the lady was they open she said yes, but never came to the window but a lady came from the back. I placed myoder then old girl said we don't have white chicken. I said I will wait she said and we want be cooking any. It was about 2:30are so I ask her will is the chicken fresh that up there she said it been out about 45 to 50 mins. I guess I've never really been a Church's fan from day one so I'm sorry churches I really don't go there very often as of lately... I only like there mac and cheese & their fried okra. I'm really not a Church's fan I did go there the other day becauseuz I hada gathering with my family and I just wanted to make sure I had enough food for them so I got a 10 for 10 and I really didn'tlike the options because they didn't have a 12-piece for only chicken mainly what they were offering were the family packs andI didn't want that so there was no flexibility to give me what I wanted so I just had to kind of settle I did also buy lemonadeand I bought a biscuit the guy at the drive-thru was a really nice. He went out of his way to try to help us and make us happyso if I ever do go back to visit this churches in this location and probably will be just because he was nice and I love goodcustomer service that is what would bring me back to a restaurant even if I don't like their food or anything else about them. This place has come a LONG WAY since the past 4 yrs trust me. Before then it was horrible, dry chicken and service was non... existent there. But since they went under new owners and Mgr team the place has made a significant turn around in terms of foodquality and services to our community. Food are normally fresh and rotated throughout the day . I normally come here on Tuesdayfor it's special AND yes it really busy during that day so expect to what a bit longer for your order.....the chicken are alwaysjuicy and cook just right and the jalapeno poppers are cook to order which is nice.... overall the place is Good .
