I didn't get chicken but an apple pie and some bombers this is the first time I've had undercooked stuck together bombers like... this whoever prepared them had to kn they were not cooked all the way and this was pure laziness since there were not manycustomers the pie was room temperature this was not good. I like Church's. To be honest I think Popeyes is better, but the biscuits are better here and sometimes I don't want to make 2... trips. The cost difference between the two is minimal. All in all, its good food at a good price. Sometimes they focus more ondrive through than the customers in the lobby. It is what it is though. Read more
Chicken was good and fresh! And the staff was so friendly... this is my favorite restaurant. And I just love the tall, handsome... young man who run the evening shift with that big smile. He always know how to make me buy something extra that I don't need(lol). 5 stars Read more

My experience was not good at all. I ordered the 9 piece special. They young lady at the drive through took my debit card for... the payment. I waited for a minute for her to return it and actually forgot she had it. She then asked me to pulled forward and she would bring my order to me. I assumed they had to cook it. When my order was brought to me maybe about ten minutes later, the man that brought it recited a 9 piece half spicy half mild with 3 biscuits . I responded yes and then is when thankGod he presented my debit card. I do thank God for his honesty but my question is why wasn't it returned directly after mytransaction? That's what most restaurants do.why was it held back??? Can't help but wonder did she or they copy my cardnumbers or what? I'm just saying..... It wasn't normal procedures...... So I will definitely be monitoring my card activity and the corporate office will hear from me. Also I had to wait about ten minutes or so for my order...... Why in the world did they give me 4 legs spicy and no thighs??? Normally when you wait they are usually cooking your order.... And it'snormally two legs and two thighs unless otherwise requested. By the way the cashier said she couldn't give me my total atthey speaker because she had not rung me up yet because she mentioned there were three cars ahead of me??? Go figure.
