Had a issue with a delivery order. The female at the front who was taking drive thru orders, could care less , rude , and... dismissive. However the guy who was working the front took the time to look and found my order. He found my order with Clementeon it. He had them remake the order so it would be fresh. I asked for chicken fried steak they asked me white or brown gravy I told him white as long as it wasn't Brown. Meaning as long... as it hadn't been sitting there when I got home the gravy was brown or gray whatever color meaning it been in the cooker toolong. Don't nobody want gray white gravy. Read more
The cashier had an unpleasant attitude. She didn't greet me and there was no smile or thank you. While the cashier was talking... with the guys preparing food, she kept rubbing her face and scratching her head. I requested that my order be prepared fresh anddidn't mind waiting. The chicken was old and dried out. The okra and bombers were fresh so I enjoyed that. The chicken wasdisgusting. I didn't have time to return it. The guys preparing orders were wearing only 1 glove and the shift supervisor was ina corner eating. No one was wearing a hairnet. I at the least expected fresh chicken. Read more
Drive-thru ordered a three piece original. Got to window and employee asked me again what I wanted. When I was given my order I... clarified again? ?it?s not spicy right??
