Normally I will give this particular church?s chicken 5 stars, but we weren?t pleased with our order. The only was honestly good... was ?fresh & moist biscuits?, my family enjoyed. Now for chicken was a little ?warmed?. I don?t like ?warmed anything?especially chicken that?s ?fried?. It tastes like it has been sitting under warmer for 2 hours! I should of taken it back butdidn?t. Because I know it would been the same again. Another issue with chicken; why does churches drown the chicken in so muchflour?? I don?t like that at all, the chicken should have same balance as flour! Not overpowered it with flour; that doesn?tmake the chicken flavored! If so it would have been called ?Extra Floured Chicken? instead. But the business wouldn?t besuccessful at all! All I?m suggesting is balance what you make next time. Read more
I like the taste of their food but most of the time it be so hard and dry I can't chew into it. IT IS like you sometimes drop... it in the oil and fry it over after it has been setting on the fryer for a while. PLEASE ???? do better. Thank you. Read more
Visit today order meal with white gravy was told they didn't sale white gravy. I reminded her it is on menu and do you not... serve it with chicken fried steak. No answer, so I drove off was it because you're too lazy to fix it or it's no longer onmenu. Sad!!! Read more
I love church?s chicken! So value for money and their chicken is always freshly prepared when I go for lunch! We used to grab... the 2 pieces for $1.69. But this promo is no longer available. You need to go to the store to see the latest promotions, whichcould be really good deal! I particularly like the spicy crunchy version. Read more
Just left this location 15 min ago. Ordered 2 10 pcs and a small Dr. Pepper. I was excited to find a churches so close to my... sons school. The one near our house recently shut down.. so i was like yay!.. the wait was well over 5 min to order and receivefood but i didnt mind. I was killin time until pick up. When i finally got my food i was so happy for my dr pepper i was madthirsty.. and its a hot day.. drank most of it and opened the top to help myself with some crushed ice... and this is what ifound.. i knew finding a convenient place was too good to be true. This is so horrible ...there are bugs in my drink and idrank it.. i will never be able to drink something covered like this again. You guys scared me for life. How does this evenhappen? Read more
Drive-thru. Friday night. Hungry after the school break started. Speaker is less than perfect. Attendant is trying to clear... it up, but, face-to-face, he messes up the order, even after I showed him the online coupon I wanted to use (2× 3 pcs with tworegs and a biscuit 3.99). I got charged 9+ for seven pcs. A biscuit, and mash. Like... THAT'S NOT what I asked for. Not tomention that their phone isn't answering any calls for a complaint. And how is it that they are allowing someone to walk askingthe drive-thru to yell and rudely solicit folks for money?!? I'm going to go rectify this. Read more
Surprised I haven't reviewed before. I head here when I am hangry because it is close to work and the combos and coupons are... good. When it's good it's great but I guess they can't keep good help. Today I ordered two 3 piece chicken tenders and fries. Neither one tasted spicy wasn't offered a dipping sauce and after waiting some time parked for my food received some fairly lametenders. Stingy with sauce. Got 5 chicken tenders and they forgot to put sauce in the bag so I went in, they grilled me about what I... ordered. I waited over ten minutes for her to hand me one sauce.
