Came in for lunch with my family and ended up having to get a refund immediately, pizza had been sitting for well over 2 hours... under heat lamps as it was harder than cardboard... that is a health violation as after 1 hour the pizza can start growingbacteria... watched pizza scoop get cleaned in a dirty hand sink which is even more of a health violation... this location isdisgusting, I will NEVER bring my family back into here again... Cici's Pizza was my 1st job as a teenager, so I was excited to try it again after so many years! But please hear me out on this... review....... For the price of this buffet, I just don't think the quality is there. When I consider that for the same amountof dollars spent, I can have Salata, a Souper Salad buffet, bottomless soup/salad at Olive Garden or bottomless soup/salad atRed Lobster. I am giving 4 stars for the options on this buffet and not for the taste & quality. The pizza was alright. Edible.I tried 3 or 4 pieces & didn't want anymore of it. The desserts were nasty. I ordered three pizzas, wings, and cinnamon rolls. I arrived and saw my pizza ready, and I was happy. They tell me it will be a... few minutes on the rolls. Twenty minutes later, they are ready. I did not believe they would give me the cold pizzas that hadbeen sitting there all that time. I was wrong. My fault for not checking, but a restaurant should do better. These are some of the best cinnamon rolls per dollar spent. Considering everything in here is unlimited, it's pretty good. Judge... it for what it is - a pizza buffet. It's similar to It'z pizza and Main Event's. Update: worst pizza in the area as of now(photos included). Crust was similar to dried oatmeal/granola texture. Read more
This location i really enjoy. It's never crowded and the staff is very nice and friendly. They check on you and see if you need... anything. If there isn't a pizza you want just let them know what kind you want and they'll provide it for you. Read more
