By far, the WORST Cici's I've ever been to in my life, I've been going to Cici's since I was a child up until adulthood, after... it taking someone 6 minutes to even ring us in, they literally only had 2 pizzas on the buffet, took them 10 minutes before anyfresh pizza was out AND IT WAS ONLY 1 SUPREME AND ONE PEPPERONI, the salad bar was closed for whatever reason, asked for a zestypepperoni for the buffet and the pizza literally only had 4 pepperonis, NEVER AGAIN!! To the owner: We are the customers. Absolutely you could cut costs, that is your choice and we respect that. We understand we... all have hard time these days. If I could have given a ZERO that's what I would have given them. Poor service, manager didn't help at all. Called and asked... for extra sauce well done. I received a white pizza. They had to make it twice and I even paid EXTRA for the extra sauce on thepizza. No EXTRA SAUCE, HARDLY ANY SAUCE. NOT WELL DONE AT ALL. These employees here are not good. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAINAND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CICI'S TO ANYONE. The 1st and 2nd pictures are what they gave me after they cooked it twice. It took 25-30 minutes to receive order and then received too many burnt, no good ingredient coverage and product size not... consistent, was not asked about sauce choice. Presentation of order sucked just thrown in box. 2stars is for price and no line. Read more
