I just spent 50 dollars to include a bowl, sandwich, smoothie, and a fresh juice. I took a sip of the juice and realized it... wasn?t sweet at all, I told one of the ladies and she said I probably grabbed the wrong one, she went to go the other girl whoI?m guessing is the supervisor and she would not let me swap it out. I get it that once it?s opened it has to be throw away butit was an honest mistake. Just like how I also requested for my sandwich to have avocado and they didn?t make it with it. Shedid add the avocado once I returned the store and complained but would not do anything about the juice. She said it was tooexpensive to just give away. I am first time customer and that just rubbed me the wrong way and will never come back. Instead ofgaining a new customer and more referrals, this lady by the name of ?Megan? just ruined the whole experience and I definitely donot recommend. Poor customer service and did not feel welcomed at this location. I walked in and the 2 people who were working behind the... counter did not greet me. One girl walked past me without speaking and called for a 3rd person to come out from the back. Whenthe girl came from the back, she had a frown on her face and said ?do you know what you want to order?? I asked if everyone isok and they looked at each other and said ?we?re fine?. I mentioned that no one?s greeted me since entering and that the cashierwas abrupt in asking for an order instead of greeting me first. After I ordered the Berry Açaí Bowl, one of the girls makingorders bent down into one of the cabinets for a few minutes and when she emerged, it revealed that she had her phone in her handtexting; This was unsanitary. The wait was short to receive my bowl which was great however when the order came, the young ladysaid ?here?s your order?, slid it on the counter and walked away. The bowl is too small for everything that is inside. Thecontents fall out of the bowl as you try to eat. The taste was ?ok? and not worth the experience. The prices are HIGH comparedto the taste, service, and experience. As a business owner, I?d like this company to know that the value received is lower thanthe price charged. I drove 30 mins away to try this location based on the reviews instead of going to my usual place. I do notrecommend. Read more
Extremely patient and quality staff. Mom had to pick up special order for me as I?m sick with COVID and need nutrient rich food... with other restrictions. My mom had never been so she couldn?t answer some the questions. They let her call me on speaker andwalk through it. They were very kind to her. After that my mom was also impressed with how careful the staff was and took theirtime to make sure everything was right and still presented extremely well. I wanted to be a fan of Clean Juice because I like what they stand for but the flavors just weren?t good. I felt like I was... drinking expensive dirt. It was tough getting down. I don?t even remember what I ordered but I won?t be back. It is clean andlooks very modern. I ordered The Immunity One and was told the turmeric wasn't overpowering in the drink. Finally tried an Acai bowl today lol I came across Clean Juice on the list of restaurants in my United app. It was definitely a... great recommendation. This particular location is less than 10 minutes from my home and close to my favorite theater. It's notnot an overly big shop but it's Instagram worthy and the staff members are kind. The service was quick and the bowl was reallygood. I grabbed a physical menu while there and will definitely go back to try more things soon. Read more
I fell in love with this place on last week due to me starting my cleanse and eating healthier. But today I was very... disappointed. My favorite the protein toast was served to me with bad avocado. And not only that when I took out my daughterswrap it was so hard where she could barely bite it along with my my Orange clean juice being thick as I took a few sips for somereason so I stopped drinking it right away because of that. Weekdays I never have this problem but today I was very disappointedwith how the food for my baby and I turned out along with my drink. Customer service was cool but they definitely could?ve donebetter with the products. Great drinks but super slow. Mobile orders take anywhere from 20-30 minutes. Confirmations say 15 minutes but that is simply not... true. I have waited close to 30 minutes once and it is ridiculous. I?ve contacted and left reviews via email and no one is everback in contact with me. Your best bet for mobile orders is to order 30 minutes in advance otherwise you?ll be waiting andwaiting. Read more
