Had to wait for more than an hour to get a table. And once they called us in, it seemed like they made a mistake and weren't... actually expecting us so we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to get the table ready. The service was good. Thewaitress was extremely kind despite having too many clients. However, I don't think more than an hour for pancakes is worth thewait. Don't get me wrong, they are good but not mind-blowingly good. Although the place was filled with people, they shouldcontinue to pay attention to the small details, like the presentation of the pancakes, so it doesn't look like they just threwthem on the plate. Added many new items to their menu. The service was great. The food needs lil salt & pepper but price is very reasonable.

One of the richest and most beautiful places I have visited in Houston. The food tastes delicious, the pancakes taste amazing... and the coffee is also very good. The atmosphere is peaceful with country music playing in the background. It makes you feellike you're on a Texan ranch. People is kind and the store have many good stuff and in a fair price. 100% reccomend this place. Read more

There was a wait to be seated but the gift shop kept me entertained. I had a strawberry mimosa as recommended by my waitress... and really enjoyed it. I had the chicken biscuit and it comes with pepper jelly and cream cheese. The cream cheese threw theflavor off. If I order again I would hold the cream cheese. The pepper jelly was delicious. Service was ????. Read more

The meal was good and I liked it. The service was great but the only thing I didn't like is that they let the restaurant fill up... so much that guest are sitting way too close to each other and with covid I feel a little uneasy about that. Read more

Dirty tables upon arrival. Asked receptionist if we could switch tables and she gave excuses of not having workers avaliable and... refused to move us to a more comfortable table for myself and my guest. Dylan was our server. He was great, knowledgeable ofmenu items and friendly face. Ordered mimosa and it came in a barrel glass halfway full...that was a first for me...I sent thatback! Food was great bot large portions but great tastes. Alot of options to try. Loved the individual bottles of syrup. Greatfinishing touch for my first time at Crackel Barrel Read more
