The night manager Luis is rude and extremely unprofessional! I went to place a take our order for fries! That was it! Just... fries! A young man took my order and than Luis came to the register and told me to wait so he can change the drawers. I went tothe restroom and when I came out I told him to please cancel the order because my sister changed her mind and did not want thefries anymore! He demand I pay and said my cook already made the fries! I told him I don?t want the food I do apologize. He saidwe already made it you need to pay now! I told him I don?t need to pay if I do not want it and am not taking the food. He yelledout in front of everyone DO NOT COME BACK! I said excuse me over fries? He continued to argue with me in the doorway and raisehis voice! I have video footage and the police officer was standing there as well. He continued to scold me over $3.00 if hedidn?t yell at me and embarrass me in front of the entire restaurant I would?ve just paid the $3.00 and told him to give thefood to someone! One star is an overstatement. For any person or family of color, please DO NOT bring your loved ones here, it is unsafe. My... family came at 9:15 pm and Denny?s 24 hour advertisement would be the remedy to our hunger. As my family walked towards thefront door, the man in blue, the manager I presumed walked out and stated, ? we do not have any servers and our diner is closed?the images I provided say otherwise. Nice place to have a good meal with family and friends specially in the after hours, but i had the worst experience there with... this server Jackie Reyes which refused to serve me and my family stating we were drunk, when we hadn't even enter theestablishment we were nice to her trying to give us a credible reason why she would serve us but she just said " because I don'twant to serve you guys, you have to leave" she even said she would call the police! The other servers were nice and were willingto serve us but she said No! It's a shame Such a good place loses clientele Because of that awful Server! Read more

Food was good. Our waiter was awesome so friendly and kind! Did not take long to get our food even tho it was packed. I was... upset they ran out of hazelnut creamer but my waiter exchanged my coffee to orange juice at no extra cost. Great customerservice! Read more

This is an update for this location. The service is still excellent,but because it is mother's day we had to wait about an hour... before our meal was served. I gave 2 stars because we weren't offered any kind of discount on the bill or on future visits. Notacceptable! Read more
Since the moment we walked in the manager Luis Ferrero and staff welcomed us like family. The waiter Steven was very respectful... and attentive. The food was hot and fresh. We definitely recommend this location. Read more
