I called in for an order on the phone, the manager took my order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I went in the... store the manager and the employees accused me of not placing an order, then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a wholenew order. After he gave me the order I checked the bag to make sure everything is there and he made a slick comment sayinghe?s seen me at this store before and explained to me how they package the food. I insisted on trying this location twice before coming to the conclusion this location really needs to step up the service... quality and cleanliness. I felt bad for my waiters because I could tell the experience was out of their control. Everything Iwanted ordered except for the hot chocolate was unavailable.
