If i could give 0 i would. I ordered online and when the delivery driver pulled up it just randomly said delivered. Then we had... to wait 10 minutes on hold to tell the store he didnt actually deliver our food. When he finally comes back to actually deliverit not only does he have a terrible attitude but he refuses to come find my door and asks if i can meet him by the road. Thenthe guy is very confrontational and pretty much tells me that since my food is FINALLY A here i should be happy. Read more
This Domino's forgot how to cut pizza. Last few orders have looked like they were cut but weren't. Seems like they pushed the... cutter down just enough to go through cheese and toppings but not the crust. Very annoying when purchasing a product that issupposed to be ready to eat, but have to stop and cut the pizza because Domino's couldn't do it. Read more
Horrible service. If you want pizza just order from Dan's Pizza in the 'Mont (down the street). It took this Domino's location... over 4 hours to deliver the cheesy bread we ordered. If you report a problem with an order online Domino's wont fix the order,they'll only offer you a 20% off coupon for 1 item or a free medium pizza that has to be used within 30 days. Here is the longstory of how they wasted half of my Saturday: 4:18 pm - I place an order for 2 medium pizzas, cheesy bread, and a dessert. 5:40pm - Our order finally arrives but without the cheesybread. The delivery driver didn't knock, just left the order and walkedoff. Luckily we were watching out our window so it didn't just sit outside unattended. We immediately call to report the problemwith our order and they say they'll make a new cheesy bread and deliver it to us. 7:15 pm - I call AGAIN because we still havenot recieved our cheesy bread and the employee says that the General Manager left with our bread "a while ago." I say "okay, itshould get here soon" because we live less than 10 minutes from the store and they have already left to deliver it. 7:37 pm - Icall a third time because the 10 minute drive to deliver our bread has taken over 20 minutes and this time I'm told that thegeneral manager delivered it to the wrong address because they didn't write down our address before leaving ???? the employeesays they are starting a new cheesy bread order for us. I mention that it's been almost 4 hours since I placed my original orderand they said "sorry" and hung up. 8:04 pm - I get an automated phone call saying our order is out for delivery 8:23pm - ourcheesybread finally arrives. This delivery driver doesn't say anything again but at least knocked this time. In total it took 4hours and 5 minutes to deliver our cheesy bread. Read more
If you are Muslim stay away from this place. We had a pizza delivered right before they closed. The pizza arrived with some sort... of pork or bacon all over it (which is not a topping we ordered). My husband is Muslim and does not eat pork for religiousreasons. This was completely unacceptable. When I called the same night it was closed and nobody picked up the phone. When Ifinally had the time, to call they told me I had to call back at night to speak to the manager. When I was finally able to dothat, the manager was extremely rude to me, and took no responsibility for the mistake and refused to refund the pizza whilemaking excuses for the mistake. Apparently at this location, if you want your pizza with the correct toppings, you also have tolist all the toppings you don't want on it, just to be safe. They also told me I should have brought the pizza in the next day (a week day) to show them. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
The curbside delivery is a joke I waited over 45 minutes from my pizza. It's ridiculous This restaurant is definitely not run... by a manager who knows how to run a business. They offered me 2 free pizzas for my next order That's why I'm giving it one star. Read more
Pizza was wrong and poorly put together. Called to get reimbursed or just to let them know how bad it was and was put on hold... for 20 min. Gave up and have never ordered from there after. Read more
I have bought several times here and the pizzas are incredibly delicious and the service is excellent.
