Pizza was good but at this specific location employees need to learn how to cut the pizza all the way through because always... need my pizza cutter when buying pizza from here. Also never extra parmesan cheese or extra pepper. Read more

Call and 30mins after order is placed to tell me its on hold because they cant deliver it and it backed up. It would be... 1hr-1.5hrs before I get it. So its better if I pick it up. Once I get to the store. The order isn't even ready yet. 3x having aproblem. Last 2x. Took then 2hrs to deliver. Read more

After ordering, the delivery driver delivered my pizza an hour & 45 mins later with cold pizza. I ordered the cheese dip also &... it was hard & stuck to the pan. Just disgusting. Read more

Save your money and time at this location. I understand some locations may be under staff but being professional is and should... be top priority. Now I placed an order online. I?m positive I used the coupon. I went thru the process of how I wanted thepizzas and everything. It showed me 2 pizzas. When I got my email confirmation it showed I paid 19.90 for 1 medium pizza. Idon?t know anyone that would pay that much for 1 medium pizza. I called and explained to the guy there what happened and he waslike I can give u a discount next time u order. But wait??? I forgot to mention the driver took the pizza back. Why are uoffering me a discount when u have my money and my pizza. He says hold on for a manager. I wait. Nothing! I called back I got ayoung lady same thing hold for a mama her. Nothing! I call back the first guy answers and as soon as he hears my voice he putsme on hold didn?t even ask me to hold. Another person gets on the phone I can only assume it?s finally a manager for him to tellme I had to place another order and pay again or he could refund me. So all that time I was waiting for help they were reallygonna just keep my money and the damn pizza. I waited over an hour for help when the only solution was a refund? No apologies nonothing not even about the wait. Never again! Read more

Delivery times are not accurate. Store manager Benjamin says they have not control over the times that generate, nor do they... have to honor coupons. They only had one delivery driver working and Benjamin was condescending, unsympathetic, and showed nocustomer service abilities. Just flat out did not care. To add insult to injury...the pizza was cold. Read more

I have always been satisfied with the food but there was one time that the staff was very rude to me. If I wanted that level of... rudeness, I would make my 14 year old prepare my food. I?m just saying!! BUT other than that one time, I have always beensatisfied with my food and service at this location. Your staff has to remember and take into account that a ome people need thepoliteness because they haven?t had such a great day and that is why they come to you to prepare their food. Like me, I?m surethey trust you to deliver above satisfactory customer service when they are exhausted from a long hard day. Read more

Pizza cheese stuck to the box top and arrived almost cold. The driver showed up about 40 minutes after leaving the store. I was... in the Red Roof only 2.5 miles away. The manager was rude. Did not care. One excuse after another. He almost had me to think itwas my fault. PIZZA HUT next time for me instead of this location. Worst Domino's EVER!!!!
