Terrible. I ordered just a spinach feta bread 2 weeks ago and 2 hours after my order it still showed on the tracker as it had... been started. I called the store and was told they were short staffed and it had not been made yet and there was no oneavailable to call me and let me know. They gave me 60 points in my account which equals a free medium pizza. So last weekend Iused the points to order that pizza and added another spinach feta bread. The pizza showed up SEVERELY over baked and it wasthin crust so it was inedible. It was not cut....just a whole pizza and the spinach bread had a layer of super hard, over bakedcheese on top but did not have the typical garlic butter that would have at least given it some flavor since the inside had 2pieces of spinach and maybe 2 crumbles of feta cheese. Absolutely horrible experience. I'd rather drive to Pizza hut and atleast get consistently good pizza. Read more
I usually don't write reviews but after the unprofessional customer service it is a must. Over the past few months I have... ordered or tried to order pizzas from this establishment only to be called or maybe not called at all to inform me one or twothings. My order will not be delivered or my order will be delivered 2 hours from the time placed. Upon placing the order noones tells you this information just take your order and give you a false delivery time. It's so much to say but I'm going toend with this statement. I only gave 3 stars due to I ordered my pizza online and it was actually ready on time as the pizza tracker indicated finally.... The pizza was horrible, lack flavor and dry, there was hardly any pizza sauce on it. I ordered pepperoni and beef. The beef wasactually crumbs of meat so small and it did not look fresh at all, looked old. I also ordered the chicken ranch sandwichhorrible also. No ranch sauce. I moved and this location is 2 minutes away from me but the worst. They really need to shut down.I use to order from the location on Dairy Ashford and West Airport and the pizza was always so good and fresh regular size meattoppings. Since moving its too far away. Was going to order a huge order for my granddaughter pool party coming up but decidedagainst it due to the horrible taste. Won't purchase from this location again. Do NOT under any circumstance order from this store. The manager is the rudest, most ridiculously disconnected person I have... ever interacted with and the employees present when we arrived had no clue what true customer service means. They have NEVERgotten a single order correct and our latest order was cancelled because they couldn't accommodate the order - of course wedidn't know this until we arrived to pick up a bunch of pizza for my daughters 18th bday party! I should have known somethingwas wrong when numerous customers were leaving the building and cursing. So sad and disappointment. Thankfully we were able toget pizza from a different joint in just 15 minutes. We will be taking our business elsewhere going forward. Read more
Placed an order @ 5:57 p.m. Tracker is still saying pizza is being prepared. Called the store 4 times only to get the phone... hung up in my phone 3 times. Finally talked to the manager who said they were short staffed and behind on orders. Immediatelytold him to cancel my order and refund my money. It would have been common courtesy to call your customer and let them knowthis in advance! This location has definitely lost my business. Read more

1 of the worse locations in Houston. Ordered for delivery at 2:30 it didn?t arrive until after 4pm. When it was delivered items... were missing & some items were incorrect. I decided to go to the restaurant, return the items & get the order made fresh. Endedup waiting about another hour for the order & the items still weren?t right. Some of the employees were also rude.
