I felt sorry for the young girl at the front my first visit but they are very unprofessional I tip her thinking it would make... her day better. My second visit she look at me about 10 times before she even attempted to walk over and acknowledge me.Acknowledgment goes a long way. FYI COVID is still very real and they do not use gloves. I decided to give them one more try. Iorder my pizza and received a text an hour later that my order was cancelled. I called to inquire why and the woman who answerwas extremely rude. If you could not contact me why was I able to receive a text message? Confused. Either way she offered nosolution she just wanted to argue. I called Papa Johns and the service was excellent. I wish I could leave less stars. Worse dominos I?ve ever been to. Time and time again I give them another chance because I work... very close to that location and they continue to disappoint. Very rude they got an attitude with me because they got my orderwrong. I?m being polite with them but they are the worst. The two ladies that work this location are not worth it save yourmoney spend it elsewhere. If your reading this go to the dominos inside the Pearland Walmart wayyyyy bettter service,pizza andworkers. I had ordered online around 3:30 for a delivery my pizza never seemed to moved from the ?PREP? so I came to store so I could... pick it up instead. The person who attended me was very rude and she stated I had to wait 25-30 minutes for my order so I saidok (she didn?t have a name tag on so I didn?t get to catch her name). As I was walking away she said in a very loud tone ?YES ORNO? IT?S A YES OR NO ANSWER? I told her I said okay.. and that i had came to the store because my order had started preppingaccording to the tracker and she said ?It?s clearly not being prepped if it?s still on the screen so, YES OR NO IT?S A SIMPLEYES OR NO QUESTION DO YOU WANT TO WAIT YES OR NO? I decided to cancel my order instead and that it was unecessary for her tocatch an attitude so she voided the payment and slammed my receipt on the counter.I apperantly wasn?t the only one w/ this issuesince there was a line of people also waiting. I placed an order for pickup and arrived when the tracker said it was ready. I waiting a few minutes standing at the counter and... then sat for a few more minutes since the lady was in there on the phone saying "girrrll I went to the doctor before I had aheart attack" etc. Finally she asks the name and I kept telling her but she just kept responding "I can't hear you!!" So I triedtelling her super loud and another girl finally comes and says "you don't have to talk to her like that". I told her she saysshe can't hear me. She got quiet and mumbled to herself. Terrible location. Called about 4 times and they kept telling me different stories. Ordered the pizza at 6:16 pm and it?s 8:00... pm and no pizza has been delivered. Over 2 hours and no updates on when the pizza will be delivered? Absolutely ridiculous. I donot care how busy they are, I called earlier and ask if I could pick up instead. They said the driver was on his way out. Then Icall back about 30 minutes later and they said my pizza is barely being cooked. Terrible store with terrible employees. Read more
Great! Order 2 pizzas via the Dominos App and requested curbside car delivery. Let me mentioned I got two medium speciality... pizzas for $17 since they had menu pizzas 50% off! Upon arrival, I alerted the app I was there and my pizza was literally out inless than a minute. The pizza was even better; hot, fresh and just what I had asked for. Read more

Got my order wrong.i asked for 2 italian sausage and pepperoni but only got pepperoni . I had ordered 7 pizzas. 5 were right.
