Called for delivery for a family of seven. They took my order, charged my credit card and said 30-45 minutes for delivery. After... over an hour wait, I called back for my delivery status. Was told we don?t deliver to that area. Why didn?t they tell me thatwhen I called or why didn?t they call me back!!! Are they just going to keep my money??? Never again. One person works here. One. They did not deliver as requested via my online order. Apparently, they tried to call me, but didn't... leave a message. I called and no one answered because they were cooking. I went in to see why they were 30 minutes late and theyexplained the situation, and offered two, 2 liters of soda as a result (nice of the person working there), but overall, it wasnot a good experience. Update the store online to be carryout only. They also have expired documents. This was taken on March25, 2022, so the health department one is OK, but the training one isn't. Read more
No matter how many folks in the bldg only one person is usually working. Tell you to come in for your order as online it says... its ready. You show up and it's NEVER EVER ready. They put ready for their stats but just know it's not true. They need to getbetter folks to work not just work to death the one person willing to work. Honestly they are pretty pathetic. Read more
