Food is awesome. I usually do delivery and have little to no issues. Today I thought I would do curb side pickup on my way... home, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed with this location. After my husbands long day of work, all he wanted was Domino's and being new to the city... we drove six miles from our home to this location to pick up our order... Sadly, we received my husband's chicken pizzasmelling like spoiled milk. Yes, I smelled it going home but was thinking it was something in the air until when we arrived homeand I walked out the bathroom and that smell hit me in the house????????. So now of course I have to drive another 12 mile roundtrip again to bring the order back and at this point, I just don't want anything and asks for a refund. The employees wereunderstanding and gave me no problem, but couldn't give me a receipt to show it was refunded. So now, we wait to see if we getthe money back or as the shift manager suggested I will be calling Freddie to ensure it's processed. Read more
I don?t know what to think of this location anymore. It?s conveniently right down the road. Only thing is; it?s a flip of the... coin to see how the pizza comes out. I order extra toppings and don?t get them. Toppings are so unevenly placed; some slicesmight as well be a cheese pizza. This time might be the last time at this location. I?ll drive a little further to get it right.Which I sometimes do anyways. When I asked for them to redo it, a lady who couldn?t even speak English tried to make a foolishexcuse. While the manager, Alfredo, stood by silently making pizzas. So the manager couldn?t get it right?!? So I had to wait20 minutes more for them to make another, which now had the extra toppings but lacked in the other toppings. How hard is it tomake a freakin pizza?!?! Not at all. Man, dude that delivered my pizza around 11:20PM was absolutely the best. Called before arriving letting me know he would be... there shortly. Very professional and transparent over the phone. I recommend this gentleman get some extra PTO days or apromotion or something. Mans is out here doing God?s work and I appreciate the homie. The pizza here has always taste good. I've had only two issues here that was fixed immediately upon my request. Yet when a... worker name Nicole started working at this location their service has went up even higher. My pizza is always hot now andperfect!!! Just the way I want it. She was the perfect employee to complete this team and make them excellent in theirpreformance to satisfy their costumers. Read more
The food is good, but the curbside timer is flawed, the workers clicked delivered to car without actually delivering my order,... if they had done it correctly then it would of been 4 minutes. past their 2 minute guarantee. Read more
