When you call the Ella Dominos, it calls the Cullen Dominos. Domino?s Corporate. Fix it! Employees at the Cullen store told... me to call you and fix it. I give a 1 start not because of food but because of delivery service. The contactless delivery is bogus. Every time in... instructions I ask them not to ring bell and to just leave food at doorstep. Every single time the delivery person rings thebell and waits for someone. I have dogs that react to doorbell and sets them off each time. I ordered 2 pizzas, a sandwich and a 2 liter for a friend and the kids. $49 and change in the toilet and trashcan. The kids... medium pizza had them in the bathroom in a matter of minutes. One was on the toilet with immediate diarrhea and the other hadher head in a trash can vomiting. I IMMEDIATELY called the store. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and spoke with someone namedManny that said he's the GM. He told me he's not doing anything unless he gets 3 or 4 more calls from other customers sayingthe food is bad and they'll reach out to me. He didn't ask my name or information to reach out to me. I told him I recognizefood poisoning because I'm a retired chef of 37 years and I've worked in the medical field. I may have to take them to the ER ifthey don't feel better. Nothing was wrong with them this entire day until they ate that pizza. He responded with 'so, he's stillnot going to do anything or claim responsibility unless he gets calls from other customers and he's been working with food for10 years and food has been around for 100s of years'...at that point I just hung up because I could tell I was speaking with anot so intelligent person. Usually the pizza is pretty good - But watch out! Every so once in a while I notice that the crust is over-cooked, as if it... were another customer's pizza that was never picked up or worse? When you order a fresh pizza, pick it up in only a few minuteslater, and the crust looks like "yesterday's news" something is not right. Read more
