Terrible ,terribl service order was never even delivered and on top of that they didn't even answer the phone on aug 22nd around... 7-30-8pm I MEAN NO ONE IN THE STORE WOULD PICK UP I ORDERED ON-LINE CAN A WOMAN WHO WOULD NOT IDENTIFY HERSELF BUT SAID THEMANAGER WAS IN THE RESTROOM AND THEN BASICALLY LIED AND THEN SAID HER SUPERVISOR WILL CALL ME BACK I'M STILL WAITING IT WASSUPPOSED TO BE A CELEBRATORY LIKE LITTLE EVENING FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR MY KIDS BUT YEAH DOMINO'S COMPLETELY FAILED ME AND I'MA VERY VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER BECAUSE MY KIDS LOVE THEIR PIZZA BUT WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO START FINDING A NEW PIZZA PLACE THIS ISABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I HAVE NEVER EVER ORDERED SOMETHING AND NOT RECEIVED IT JUST PLAIN NOT DO THEIR JOB SMh Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I have ordered from this store 4 times, and each time it takes well over an hour to prep my... order and put it in the oven. (No matter what time of the day). Twice I have had to call to cancel the order because it hastaken too long and I have had to go work my night shift, but no one answers the phone. So after a eight hour work day I comehome to a cold, moldy, animal eaten pizza on my door step waiting for me. I have statreted going to a park 3 blocks away toorder my pizza because I want nothing to do with this store anymore. Read more
Most ridiculous experience with a delivery driver EVER. I ordered a pizza online, and left specific instructions about how to... access my building. The order arrived quickly, but I never received it. The delivery driver called me to say that "the leasingoffice is closed", which I knew because I live here. I left clear instructions about going to the Concierge desk, which was openand accessible a few short steps away from the leasing office. She stated, "There's no parking and I don't park my car on theside of the road. Your pizza will be at Domino's." It's incredibly dumb to be a delivery driver anywhere, but particularlyDowntown Houston if you "don't park on the side of the road." FOH, with the clown ish. Read more

This is a New location I believe, because it seemed to me like everybody here was learning the proper procedure, I booked on... line & was using the Pizza Tracker but it was horribly inaccurate, when it said pizza was ready & I arrived at location, pizzawas still in the oven, after waiting for 5 mins for order, they forgot to make my cinnamon twist , so I had to wait even longer.I would have been more angry but the manager was very polite & Apologetic, would have been nice if they gave me a free 2 literdrink. My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pan pizza from this location and it came without sauce on it. Just crust, cheese, and... pepperoni. He called for a replacement and they delivered another one....without sauce again. The employee I spoke with on thephone said pan crust is sauced differently than the other crusts, but neither of these had sauce at ALL. She put a credit on myaccount, which was great since I didn?t get what I ordered (a pizza with sauce). I?m not entirely sure what?s going on at thislocation. I?m not mad, just confused.
