We arrived at around 9:15 a.m. on a Sunday. When we walked into the restaurant, we were able to walk directly up to the counter... and order. There were probably four cars in the drive-thru. We then proceeded to wait fifteen minutes to have two frozen coffeesmade. One would think that they would have someone whose sole job was, was to make drinks, but I guess not. The only reason they get two stars is because my kids love the donuts and coffee. Horrible customer service. They kept telling... me that my card was declined, even though there was no way.. I gave them my credit card and they said it was declined too. Theymade me feel really bad. Turns out it was just THEIR system that was down!!! I have NEVER had a good coffee from here. It?s always bitter and burnt. When I asked why it tastes burnt they told me ?it always... tastes like that if it?s made fresh?? what??
