We arrived at around 9:15 a.m. on a Sunday. When we walked into the restaurant, we were able to walk directly up to the counter... and order. There were probably four cars in the drive-thru. We then proceeded to wait fifteen minutes to have two frozen coffeesmade. One would think that they would have someone whose sole job was, was to make drinks, but I guess not. The only reason they get two stars is because my kids love the donuts and coffee. Horrible customer service. They kept telling... me that my card was declined, even though there was no way.. I gave them my credit card and they said it was declined too. Theymade me feel really bad. Turns out it was just THEIR system that was down!!! I order through the mobile app, so much easier and faster when going through the drive thru. Cold brew with cold foam is always... a nice treat. The avocado toast and grilled cheese are great too. Read more
I have NEVER had a good coffee from here. It?s always bitter and burnt. When I asked why it tastes burnt they told me ?it always... tastes like that if it?s made fresh?? what?? I?ve tried this location several times over the past 5 years because they are closeand my daughter loves their mixed donut holes. Go to shipleys. Read more
Avoid this place. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble! I am officially done with this place after two and half... years of going here. They give me my order missing something almost every time. I know I have to check my order and can nottrust that they will give me whole order before I drive off. They burn the croissants. They forget the cheese on the egg andcheese croissant. They mess up my coffee and I don't know what I will get each time: too sweet, gross without sweetener.. yourguess is as good as mine. Same with their sweet tea. Their service is awful. They give you attitude like you're inconveniencingthem for simply asking for what your ordered. I am not always a big fan of their coffee (not a hit against them just personal preference) but Dunkin' Donuts delivers an... awesome breakfast. These avocado toast and hummus toast are hearty and delicious. I got both because I couldn't decide and theywere so filling I didn't eat again until dinner. Staff was fast courteous and friendly. Will definitely be back for these aslong as they are offered. Read more
Worst dunkin experience ever, The was was just hot but tasted burned. The cup they served is dirty, when I left the location I... realized they reheated the old coffee. Just for a coffee and a sandwich the lady looks 20minutes. They are always understaffedand just focus on drive through customers. Read more
