According to Google and Dunkin?s website this location closes at 9:00. But it?s really up to the staffs discretion what time... they close. Pulled up to drive thru at 8:20 and they never answered the drive thru speaker box. Read more
First of all I love dunkin' this place is very inconsistent. You can order the same coffee three times and get a different one... every time. Most of the time the staff is nice. There has also been exceptions to this. Read more
The customer service person had some sort of nose ring which almost resembled crusty mucus protruding from her nose which almost... caused me to just walk out because it totally made me lose my appetite. I felt like it was very inappropriate for a food serverand in overall bad taste. Read more

I picked up a dozen kolache's this morning for the animal shelter where I volunteer. I did not look at them until someone told... me they were burnt. I returned them to DD shortly after and was told by an employee that they are "still edible". I was thentold by another employee "this is the way our oven cooks them". Really? I usually hit a mom and pop donut/kolache place inTomball, but to save time decided to give DD a try. Never again.
