First of all I love dunkin' this place is very inconsistent. You can order the same coffee three times and get a different one... every time. Most of the time the staff is nice. There has also been exceptions to this. Read more
The customer service person had some sort of nose ring which almost resembled crusty mucus protruding from her nose which almost... caused me to just walk out because it totally made me lose my appetite. I felt like it was very inappropriate for a food serverand in overall bad taste. Read more

Went there 2 weeks ago early AM. Went to order and avocado toast and a drink. I asked for lite ice in my drink was charged... additional. 50 cents. Spoke with drive thru associate and quoted to say that's what we charge because your getting my product.Excuse me? I refused them to charge me additional 50 cents. We've given this locations several chances to improve. This visit was the last straw. We waited for 30+ minutes for our food... after 4 people were served ahead of us and the young staff giggled and goofed off behind the counter. My husband finally gothis sandwich and it was incorrect. They charged us for hash browns, and by the time they made our order they were out. Thefloors, tables, and chairs were filthy. I picked up a dozen kolache's this morning for the animal shelter where I volunteer. I did not look at them until someone told... me they were burnt. I returned them to DD shortly after and was told by an employee that they are "still edible". I was thentold by another employee "this is the way our oven cooks them". Really? I usually hit a mom and pop donut/kolache place inTomball, but to save time decided to give DD a try. Never again. I did get my money back, however the lack of care from theemployees was disappointing. Read more
