Lost 75 pounds a few years back using their services. Although it?s expensive for some, 6 six days per week and all the work... done for you minus the exercise made 80 percent of the weight loss journey seem effortless. Needless to say I plan on using themagain. Read more

Customer Service......it's not a new concept, except apparently to management of eatfitters. Ordered my food on Monday for... delivery THE FOLLOWING Monday.....No food delivered, and no notification the food would not be delivered so I could make otherarrangements. it was only after I contacted them I was told there was a problem. No projected delivery, no returned phone calls(several messages). I could go on but You get the point, be careful scheduling your meal plan if you are counting on theseguys, if something goes wrong you won't know until your food doesn't show up. Read more

I have been ordering home delivery from eatfitters for a few years now. The delivery service is AWEFUL. My deliveries have... arrived damaged, missing something or even with the food being foul EVERY SINGLE TIME for the past 6 months or so. Their onlyoption for a remedy is to come pick up replacement items. Every time? Then why do I pay $10 for delivery? Also, the food used tobe INCREDIBLE. Now it is lower quality and mediocre at best. Last, every time there is an issue, the guy who responds wants toargue it's not a problem or didn't happen. OK. Read more

My first experience at Eatfitters on kingsride was over 3 months ago, I love the food, it's high in protein, a large variety of... menu items to choose from, and big selection of gluten free products & low in sodium with delicious flavors. Service is greatand all staff are very professional and knowledgeable... they even carry my food to my car! I highly recommend this place, youwill never be disappointed. Read more

We became patrons of this establishment a couple years ago and were big fans of the staff at their original location off... Memorial Drive. I purchased the 21 day challenge and completed it with some success - not many lbs lost but also none gained andwith better energy levels than was my usual. It truly was a convenient and more healthy alternative for our quick pacedlifestyles. I was part of their "elite" patron group - or something like that, which meant that I started on their 21 daychallenge that included a nutritional consultation and a hefty purchase up front followed by continued purchases of their meals.I lost count of how much I spent purchasing their products and re-filling my elite account, but I always felt it money wellspent. Time passed and a few life changes later I was not as frequent with my orders or visits. Fast forward several months andmy husband and I decided to each purchase Groupons to get back on track. They had a great special and I bought two $75 ($150total) Groupons for myself and my husband bought two $150 for him ($300 total). At that time, their business was called Eat FitFor Life - not sure what caused the name change though I have my suspicions). After some time passed we had not placed anyorders and we went back to the store to talk to them about my account balance and the Groupons we'd purchased. Nearing theirexpiration, the staff was kind enough to suggest that we put those credits on their own Eat Fit Gift Cards. I wish to God I hadsaved those receipts. Because as of today (in spite of Texas Law) they have told us that our gift cards have ZERO value. Theirgrand total in my account that "was transferred over" after the name change was less than $15 (fifteen dollars). We went totheir newest location off Kingsride since it is closer to our home and we could not be more sorry. It was such an awfulconfrontation by the owner, Sam, that I honestly would never want to put another piece of their food in my mouth. He screamed Read more
