The location is weird, as the parking lot is next door to the place by the drive thru window. It took us a long time to get our... food after ordering (a trend we seen with the two cars ahead of us). They make good bagels! Unfortunately I do agree it's a bit run down and everytime I go there is a long wait after you order.... However the food always taste good. I don't remember the name of the bagel but it was excellent! I usually get an everythingbagel with cream cheese but when I come here the menu does temp me and I order new things and I'm glad I do because the bagelsalways hit! Read more
I am at this location everyday and love their team dynamic. They laugh and have a good time, which is wonderful to see on food... service these days. The young man in the kitchen that wears the chain on his face is always so polite and willing to help wherehe can. My food is always hot and fresh. I really enjoy this location. Read more
Why this guy has not wearing on cover hair. An he has some like bracelet from ear to his mounth. This is not healthy habit. They... put 3$ 2$ 1$ tip. Bad service, waited 25 minutes in the Drive-through, ordered iced coffee. Instead of iced they gave me hot, after i mentioned... that I ordered iced, she went ahead and just put some ice in the hot coffee, the iced was dissolved in hot coffee in few secondsand the drink become Warm and watery. And I don?t see any almond milk added to the coffee as it?s been asked. Read more
I waited in the drive-through for 30+ minutes because the headset was broken and they could not take the orders the way they?re... supposed to. Each order had to be taken at the window which added time to everyone?s wait behind me as well. I saw multiplepeople drive away behind me. When I finally got to the window for my turn I also drove away. Maybe it tasted good I don?t know,and never will now now because I will never come here again ???? Read more
It only gets 2 stars because I love Einstein bagels. However, I have never seen such a filthy, run down Einstein in my life. The... employees are lazy and rude as well. I?m so disappointed. Might have to find a new bagel shop in the near future. Not up toTypical Einstein standards at all. Read more
Joel is the best! He is always super nice and helpful! He takes his time preparing my food in a clean manner and never makes me... feel rushed! He truly is one of the best members of the Einstein team in Webster! There is a another very nice lady that worksthere who is African American and I wish I knew her name, but she is also wonderful and truly cares about the customersexperience in making sure that the orders are prepared to your satisfaction!
