Place is good but they close at 9pm not 10pm as they advertise
Decided to go to this location because it was a little closer than the one we normally go to. But never again because they do... not follow instructions at all. Also the mango in the explosion tasted old also the cup to the explosion was half way done andfilled. Please do not go to this location they seem to not care about what the customer requests and the presentation of theproducts. We will continue to choose our Tomball location where we know we get what we pay for. Read more
Ordered thru Grubhub "The Bionico XL" specifically noted No Papaya & of course they added papaya. Disappointed at how big the... chunks of papaya and cantaloupe were. Also asked thru the app for plasticwear and nothing was included. Not doing this again.They clearly aren?t paying attention to our requests. Read more

So I went Sunday night and purchased 3 water ice creams, a regular nachos and a "large" fruit thingy. Paid $30.00 for this...and... the fruit thing is not that big of a difference from the "small" size. Well it upset my stomach so bad that I woke up at 4am tothrow up. I think that the fruit was not fresh and maybe because the place was so hot inside, or the fruit I was given was thereall day, who knows but I've never had this happen to me at other locations. NEVER going back to this one again! On top of thatthey took for ever to make my order. They need to turn on their A/C because it was very hot and uncomfortable to be therewaiting for our order. We ordered several items. Told the lady I wanted a large agua. We got all our items but the agua, I kept asking for my agua and... they kept saying oh we'll give it to you. Come to find out they didn't charge me for it. I went to pay for it and they told me Ihad to buy a min of $5 to pay by card after I had already spent over $21. They were very rude they didn't seem to care or haveany sense of customer service. I won't come back. Read more
Do not go to this place if they have a line and are busy. They got my order wrong, first they gave my order to someone else.... Second they gave me something different from my order. Horrible service, they seemed to panic by all the people in line. Read more
