We got the mixed plate with Carnitas and fajita beef meat. It was very good we took it home to eat it. The tortillas were... excellent the pork was really good the beef was good with an occasional chewy piece but otherwise good. And I will definitelyvisit this location again. Tried a Fajita Pete's at a work function and greatly enjoyed the fajitas. So glad a location opened close to home. The Ella... location tasted just as good as the first time I had them. The beef fajitas are tender, flavorful, and seasoned well. Thechicken is tender and juicy. The refried beans, rice, and guacamole are excellent sides. The tortillas are a little gummy, butI'm sure in time they will get their recipe set. Ordered the shrimp and it was good. Really hoping they get the shrimp from thegulf and not overseas, will have to ask next time. Read more
