Ordered a falafel wrap and they put chicken in it which I bit in to before realizing it was chicken. They replaced my wrap but... seemed to think it was funny which it definitely was not as I am a vegetarian. Won?t be back. Two stars because the correctedfalafel wrap was decent. Read more

First time experience with Freshii and it is very positive. Especially that we are talking about airport food. My metaboost wrap... was fresh, a good combination of vegetables and very filling. The service was very polite and quick. Read more
Food selection is fresh and healthy but the quality has been consistently inconsistent. I usually order the soups. Sometimes... the mushrooms are rotten, sometimes it's missing an ingredient (like kale and spicy sauce today), sometime the broth has noflavor, sometimes there's a lot of chicken and sometimes there's hardly any chicken in my soup, etc. The servers aren't alwaysfriendly. Please train your people to be consistent and take pride in delivering the product. Perhaps you need to give them araise or incentive? It just turns me off! I'd rather go eat somewhere else now.
