I've eaten Fuddruckers burgers for 30 years and will not return anytime soon. My wife and I recently found ourselves in line... behind a small group that knew what they wanted to order but the cashier was so new (and perhaps mentally challenged) that ittook almost 10 minutes for him to take their order. We were next in line and the cashier was simply not up to the task. Buthere's what bothered me. The manager, conspicuous in that his shirt was a different color, did absolutely nothing to assist thishelpless yet courteous new cashier. Sure, the cashier was visibly flustered and far from competent with the software. Completelyoblivious to his new hire's lack of training, that manager should have instinctively swooped in and assisted the employee.Instead, he did nothing and watched as a less patient large group (5-6 adults) marched out unfed. That one bad manager epicallyfailed. The cashier needed to be trained but that manager deserved to be fired. The manager's disposition makes me think of theGerman term schadenfreude; a pleasure derived by someone from another person's misfortune. Not simply callous; more akin tocruel or perverse. Read more
I have no words to express about this location. Is not the same fuddruckers. I?ve never experienced poor system of check... quality. Cold French fries, acid bun, no shakes, condiments are no longer at the display. Please, bring back the quality offuddruckers. Read more
I want to like it, but I didn't have the best experience here. We ordered 4 items, and got 3 items of which every single one had... some sort of error. Patty sizes were wrong, sides were wrong. It seemed like the person taking the order couldn't hear me verywell and never bothered checking if they got it right. The grilled mushrooms also had some sort of burnt taste and some friesseemed to be spicier than others, for some reason. Last time we were here they also messed up an order. However, the place wasvery clean, and the condiments were very fresh. The food itself tasted good minus the grilled mushrooms. Overall it was an okaymeal, but I was expecting a little more. Took our family of 5 here and 2 of us do not eat meat. We enjoyed the beyond menu options. The kids meal was big. And the food... was fresh. Will definitely be coming back. Read more
The Pappas made some adjustments that I don't agree with. The dogzilla 100% all beef franks and replaced them with polish style.... Bad form because you changed a staple. They also did away with kosher dill chips. Success is in the details and they're provingto be unsuccessful since they're changing their formulae. Their restroom smelled and looked worse than a ice house restroom. Iwon't let my children dine there anymore. The magic is gone. Since I can't continue my family tradition with this establishmentany further 2 other businesses will go without my hard earned money. No movies and no ice cream. I ordered a 2/3 combo. The burger & fries were good. The burger could have used a little bit more seasoning. The fries had a... good amt of seasoning on them. The condiments bar looked very fresh. My taste buds did confirm that the chopped iceberg lettuce& chopped white onions were indeed fresh. The mayo & jalapeno cheese were a little bit watery. Would I come here again ? YES ! !! ! Read more
Stay AWAY! This is Not the Fuddruckers I grew up with. It took 45 minutes with the place only a 1/4 full to get our food. All we... ordered was burgers, fries, and a drink. The soda machines were out of most soft drinks and they put out cans of soda. Nocondiments at all, not even ketchup. ( no ketchup at all) The toppings looked like they had been sitting there for days. Hardlyany lettuce at all. Our table was filthy and the kitchen staff looked completely lost with absolutely no urgency to get foodready. My husband ordered our hamburgers medium and they were well done. Buns from who knows where not the delicious Fuddruckersthat were so delicious. The quality of beef is no where to what it used to be. We ate the worst burgers and fries for $32.00.Never ever will I go to Fuddruckers again. This establishment is dead to me. RIP Fuddruckers. Read more
