Hostess: 5 Staff: 5 Food: 5 Had reservation at 6.30 on Monday. Place was pretty empty. Walked in and was greeted. Hostess... recognized it was our anniversary (noted on reservation) and wished us happy anniversary. She immediately seated us. We weregreeted nicely by waiter and he explained the routine. We had several waiters to refill water and/or drinks. All waiters werevery attentive. The salad bar had a nice selection. I don't eat rabbit food but they had some meats, cheese, shrimp, bread andsoups. Wife also enjoyed the salad bar. After the salad we were brought clean plates and a few side dishes. The meats thatwere brought out were excellent. They had our desired temperature cuts. Other item we tried was the shrimp and pineapple. The shrimp from the salad bar and grilled from the kitchen was awesome. Drinks were also nice and presentation was great. Iwould highly recommend this place for special occasions. It is pricey but we really did enjoy ourselves. I would suggest totake your time. We felt very rushed the first 30 minutes. We slowed the waiters down so we could enjoy our time together. This place is phenomenal! The service is great. Your drink is always full, you always have a fresh plate, you never have to... actually ask for something. The ribeye here is one of the best I've ever had. It was amazing. The grilled shrimp and pineapplewere great as well! The salad bar here is good, but doesn't have as many options as other Brazilian steakhouses. The cremebrulee cheesecake was heavenly! My only complaint was they didn't advertise the surcharge for holidays, so the bill was a lothigher than anticipated. Read more

The food is absolutely delicious and I enjoyed everything I ate that day! I’m still dreaming about all the delicious meat. My... husband and I had a good experience. My only teeny tiny complaint would be that it was our 11 year anniversary and we werelooking forward to having the dessert say happy anniversary or something to make our special day more memorable (like I saw onall the other reviews) but they didn’t ask us or seem to care even when I informed them it was our anniversary. The food was good. The service was spot on. There were a lot of large parties at the restaurant at the same time. It was at... first a little disorganized, but management were quick to get the salad bar line flowing quickly. A few of us asked for medwell and well done beef. They said they would be back in 5 min. They never returned with the beef. We went without meat becausewe kept waiting for the beef to arrive. They also ran out of a few of the desserts. Left without eating any meat and no dessert. What an amazing experience. I've been here now a couple of times and the service and food does not disappoint. Like other... Brazilian steakhouses, they have the little red and green card which you flip to let the servers know if you want more food orno food. You leave that thing on green and they will keep feeding you until you pop. The variety of meats is overwhelminglyawesome and cooked too perfection. Their staff is incredible, super friendly and very knowledgeable. My wife and I could nothave asked for a better anniversary dinner. Thank you Gauchos Do Sul for an experience we will never forget. We came here for dinner on a Friday. We did make reservations - which was a good idea since they were booked full. The salad bar... was excellent - had a decent assortment of cheeses, cold cuts and salads. The meat was delicious - we loved the house specialand the thin sliced ribeye. The grilled pineapple was also oddly delicious. Drinks were on point. The service - I give 5 stars.Excellent waitstaff who were super attentive and fun. I would return for sure. Read more
