Update?General Manager called and made it right! Will definitely give them another try for next event! Thank you! Dropped off... and paid for 32lbs of USDA Choice BRISKET TRIMMED for custom cook & cut, picked up this am and was only given 14.5lbs. I wastold to expect 20% loss by manager Sam for trim/cooking, but not over 50%, very disappointed as did not have enough food for ourevent. Manager Sam was very misleading and no help at all! Very poor Customer Service! We have ordered here for many large events over the years, we have NEVER had this happen before. Food is great, but will take our business elsewhere next time. Read more
