Coming from somebody who used to do backflips outta Chicago Harolds--- This is THE ONE Yall!!!! I swear I got high off that... first wing and smiled the whole way home to tear back the rest. This is the ????????FRESHEST ????????Harolds Chicken I haveever tasted and I didn\'t even have to find a single feather like the joints will do you back home! Fries were fried perfectlyhard and I didn\'t even have to ask for it. Yeah the prices looked a lil high, but what\'s not these days? Worth EVERY PENNY.Service was good, staff very friendly, store was definitely clean and smells legit like a Harold\'s would and should. Friendly staff..clean establishment. Had the catfish and wings meal. Fish taste like they just pulled from the water. As for... the wing they straight.. I\'ll have to try the other seasonings that the lady at the register recommends.. will be back 4 sho!! Read more
Pulled up abt 9:10 right before they closed and they cooked my food fresh! my wings were good and nice sized fries were fresh... and my pizza puff was amazing. y?all gotta stop being so harsh on black owned business they make mistakes and sometimesinventory be off sometimes! definitely going back! I have been a customer of the Harold\'s Chicken in Chicago and Los Angeles so I thought I would try Harold\'s Houston. Let\'s... just say if you\'ve been to either of the other states don\'t rush to this location. I purposely waited to give them time to gettheir feet on the ground from their opening and I was still truly disappointed. The wait time to have my order taken combinedwith the wait for my food was right at an hour. If staff and their customer service was pleasant I probably wouldn\'t have beenso agitated. They messed up several orders in front of mine causing further delay for me, no apologies to all the people waitingfor food or those yet to order. I waited all thar time and my fries were barely warm, the smallest chicken wings I have everseen, the taste Blah! I hope Management is open to constructive criticism and reads these reviews to better their business. Great customer service. The owner really made us feel like we were family. The food was very good. So far I have had the... chicken, shrimp & fish. The sauce is the original Harold\'s sauce that I grew up enjoying in Chicago. I love it here and willdefinitely be returning soon. Read more
The chicken and mild sauce was on point. My only disappointment is that they didn\'t have pizza puffs. Although the menu is... limited, and lines are long (as expected), I can honestly say it was worth the wait. Thank y\'all for bringing a taste ofChicago to Houston. Read more
Even though it took 2.5 hours to get my order.I?m still going to give this place a five cause the food was hot and taste just... like home. Hopefully in the coming weeks you can provide the full menu with more attention to efficiency. Read more
When my daughter walked in the two young ladies were at the register holding a conversation, no one greeted us and then finally... one took our order. We received our food and I highly disappointed. The chicken was nothing like the location in Chicago, andthe fish was unacceptable. I should have known it was going to be a disappointment when they put our food in a plastic bag. Read more
