I tried some gizzard. Wasn't disappointed but I sat @ drive through for 12 minutes, no one was like sorry. Soon as I paid, the... disregard started. I got my gizzard, but not before I attempted to blow my car horn to get a refund. I just surrendered to thewait and ate my gizzards as I drove. Never again. Read more

It's not even a buffet!!!!! Food was ok went at 2pm and when I arrived had a bunch of chicken precooked and that's what I got.... Fries only thing hot and fresh and even saw the lady rotating rolls in and out of warmer to keep them warm but also made themchewy as heck!!!! Not much in the way of customer service, basically looked liked everyone in there was ready to give up andthat was the owners and a cook!!!!!!!!! Read more

The maceroni tasted and smelled like cigarette ashes and the chicken tasted like fish, overall the fries was still good but... never ordering the maceroni again Read more

Very clean the demeanor of the. Staff was warn and welcoming. Very clean even 6he spots you wouldn't normally check were clean

Would not allow us to have the buffet. Had it set up at the counter. We and others asked but said no. So much for the buffet in... Hartz Chicken Buffet. Never in all my fifty years has that happened. Support franchise owners who stay true to the name. Go tothe one on Pinemont. It's not so far away. Read more

I?ve been waiting for over 15 mins for a 8 piece Tejas wings and two rolls. I?m parked watching the two guys just talk and laugh... through the window. Currently still waiting the customer service is ridiculous and I?m sure the door will be too. Read more

The employees have bad attitudes. Especially the older Spanish lady. And the other younger employees are following in her... footsteps. They were mad because we wanted fresh chicken. We got there it was a little after 4pm. The young lady said thatchicken had been there since almost 3.The only time you get good service is when the owners are there.The bad thing is when Iwent in there to get my order the older woman said something in Spanish and then her and the younger employees started laughing.I felt very uncomfortable and angry, because I knew they were talking about me.
