Horrible service! The mamager Brian working the night shift on friday 07/29 was very rude. I understand that he cannot do... anything about my doordash order. But I cannot believe that he is even a manager. He was very rude and inconsiderate of myconcern. While speaking w Brian he was constantly cutting me off. Very abrassive w his responses. I was just trying to get aclear understanding on how my order was cancelled and stolen he seemed as if he was under pressure that he cannot handle. Hedismissed the fact that I had a legit concern w my food and while in the middle of speaking w him he left the phone. I havenever heard of more unprofessional behavior. Brian needs a new job if he cannot not even provide the customer service deservedto a paying customer. Pettiful! Read more
Great spot for drinks, food. Can't go wrong with Hooters what so ever especially great service
The restaurant was very empty when we arrived. Maybe 8 ppl from my memory. We ordered crabs, fried shrimp and mozzarella... sticks. Food came out warm as If it was just sitting there. The problem is most of their staff was sitting on theirphones. Manager apologized. I then ordered something from the bar which sat and watched me until I got the attention of themanager to bring it to us. There is no sense of urgency here when when they aren?t busy. Read more
Way better than Buffalo Wings. The food is always hot and fresh. I usually get it delivered. They are pretty consistent and will... fix anything wrong. The wings both boneless and bone in are always good. They have various side options which I enjoy as well. Iorder from here often. Read more
I have loved Hooters since I lived in Tampa and regularly went to the original Hooters on the causeway. Our nephew is manager... of the Hooters in Roswell GA and wanted to visit the one in north Houston during his vacation. It did not disappoint. Greatfood, service and beer. Read more
