customer service is very poor! I was not greeted upon entering or even thanked afterwards. I ordered a large oxtail plate and... the container is the same size as the smaller one. The rice is hard and tasteless with little to no peas. The oxtails areflavorful but very fatty. Would not recommend. Read more
I?m from the islands and eat Jamaican Food all the time this is not the best I have had rice barely had beans but they sure did... give you a lot of it with no beans. Also oxtails was very fatty. I won?t try again. Read more
Maximum disappointment! I tried to call my order to go but no one answered. I should have taken that as a sign to go elsewhere.... So I chanced the 30 minute drive and patiently stood in line as the invisible customer for over 30 minutes before beingacknowledged. They were out of rice and peas so that was another 30 minute wait. The orders were getting mixed up and i wasoffered a canceled order that was sitting on the counter a good 20 plus minutes. I ordered the jerk chicken and brown stewchicken. The vegetables were the only edible part of this experience. Never to return. Read more
All I know is the Jerk Chicken plate is the bomb. I love jerk chicken and this is one of my favorites for now.
