If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered through drive-thru and when I get to window after about 20 minutes after paying they... try to hand me wrong order. They asked what I had and manager comes and asks for receipt as if I didn't know what I ordered. Shetakes receipt hands me order without receipt back (had to ask for it) and I get home to find out my order is still wrong. I nowhave to drive back, get to the restaurant and go inside where they take their sweet time to come take care of me as manager isstanding there complaining about other employees when customers should be a priority. Manager assuming I don't speak spanishtells one of her employees that I had already been in the drive-thru and everything was right so come check out what I had tosay. I tell them of course you took my receipt and STILL got my order wrong...Manager is very unprofessional and experiencethere was HORRIBLE, will not be going back to this location. Read more
